After the bad news of having our computers (and online servieces) slowed down up to 30% for patching Intel security issue, I found the good news (at least for ST users-WinOS) that it is in development a Latex Outliner. The developers claim LO is “Scrivener-style”.

Nice job, hope they add it to “Package Control: Install Package”

LatexOutliner has been in development for a couple of years, but it won’t get much traction until it’s available through PackageControl. Installing it manually is a hassle.
A similar plug-in (though it has its problems, especially when groups of windows are open) *is* available through Package Control:

I uninstaled Outline package last year but kept it in the portable version. Can set it to dark theme:
“color_scheme”: “Packages/Outline/outline-Dark.hidden-tmTheme”
