This app seems rather limited so I deleted it already from my phone. Still, seems worth mentioning here because of how it combines notes and lists and offers encryption and html export.

I’ve been playing with this, too, and actually rather like it. But without a desktop equivalent, it is - as you say - something of a 2-day wonder.

Has one outstanding sync feature, however: it’s simple to copy files from “Local” to “Dropbox” and back again, which makes avoiding synchronisation issues much easier.
