Franz,
No, I was answering Jon. I’ve had several German close friends since I was a kid all these years, if that’s what he meant. I don’t know your nationality nor care. Despite the news, in our discussions we don’t see a major racism threat from Germany, unlike other recently democratic European countries. The humour reference was referring to your style of line of questioning, I’m a big fan of Mel Brooks works.
Back to topic, it seems you didn’t read my post you referenced. I listed some of the types of software spanning the fifty. It was not just referring to Cards/Kanban as I said if you’d read it properly. Of the fifty or so, I often use about fifteen across devices a lot. In the card genre type of software, the best by far and used often by me is TreeSheets which beats all the other cards boards.

OK. Seems we have different kinds of humour. Though I do like some of Mel Brooks’ works.

Yes, as I said: I mis-read your post. That’s why I asked these questions.
And: Yes, back to topic.

I meant what I said. Regardless of context, the reference is offensive. We discuss writing, note taking, outlining, and other forms of software (and techniques) in this forum. Perhaps others disagree, but I feel that there is no place for this type of reference here (or anywhere, but I am addressing this group). I understand that it may have been written with humor, but you have a wide audience who come from diverse backgrounds.
I have been through Europe many times. Eastern Europe too. I have seen swastikas in the countryside in many of these places (and occasionally in the urban areas). That says a lot.
Where I come from, appealing to relationships one has (“A couple of my friends are black/German/Jewish”) as proof of not possessing bias is regarded as just the opposite.

One of the first things taught to journalists is lookout for those who truncate quotes. Old prejudiced propaganda tactic.
