Two important developments in the world of personal wikis for iOS and macOS:
1. Primate Labs bought Voodoo Pad

2. Bear added auto-complete to their note-linking function, making it much, much, more usable:

Bear’s autocomplete is very nice and seems to be well thought-out. It’s not just “autocomplete”, it’s also “auto create”. If you start typing the name for note that does not exist yet
[[A note that does not exist yet
and merely press return (Bear will add the ending ]] ), then click the resulting link, you’ll get a new note with that name. Autocomplete smartly suggest, for example, “catfish” if you type [[fish
Notes with Bear call-back links work well when exported to HTML, no so much with some other export formats. And of course the links are portable and work exactly the same on iOS and macOS.
