BulletNotes.io (quite interesting but appears to need more work)

BulletNotes.io appears to offer both outlining of the Workflowy sort as well as a Kanban-like column view, which strikes me as an interesting approach. It was only just released, and I can't say I find the current version usable, but it appears to be under active development, so I'll keep an eye on it.

Just ran across discussion of Bulletnotes app while researching Milanote (great-looking app, but way too pricey for me) on Hacker News.
It's a cross between Dynalist and Trello, it's open source so it can be self-hosted, and the website has free accounts that can have 500 notes, otherwise $5/month for 1Gb of notes. Has integrations with Dropbox and with Alfred (Mac). Looks pretty interesting from the screenshots - I hope to play with it in the next few days.

Thanks for the heads up, Lucas. I agree, it's rough. Maybe check it out again in a year or so. Not really compelling at this point to replace Dynalist with something that costs as much and has fewer features. (I have the early bird plan with Dynalist.)
For anyone who feels a geek coming on along with the CRIMP, Bullet Notes is open source and can be installed on your own server.
