One reason why one might want to offload is the price of the apps. I generally don’t have that much issue here as all of these apps are fairly priced.
But, the main reason is just to be “productivity ninja”, as author Graham Allcott would like to say; someone who has a few tools; and who masters so well that he needs no further tools.
I have seen some KM ninjas; who really use it to its limits.
But, as I mentioned, I am a master of none.
