Now, Timing has been very advanced in this version. Very good: I will keep my eye on it.

I’ve been testing Timing 2 for a few months now, too. My day to day work is pretty boring. I get up, do my morning routine, and once I sit in front of my desk, I get into a flow-state of deep work and code away until 11:00 (except today, where I start with this post :)). In the afternoon: similar story. Or maintenance work, taxes, etc. So I felt like a productivity ninja UNTIL Timing came along. Even though my days start early (7 a.m) and it felt like 10 hours of work per day, Timing revealed I average 6—8 hours in front of my Computer per day only. What a bummer.
Since my days are so monotonous, I’m not yet sure if Timing will have a permanent place in my tool belt. But I can imagine that for people doing more client based work or for scatterbrains, the recording of activities is a nice help.
