Mix between simplenotes & wiki

Hi,
I'm searching for a minimalist mix between a note taking app like simple notes, but with the capability of link between notes. Other solutions that I not are not minimalist (like OneNote, ConnectedText,...)
Someking like Write!, SimpleNote, iA Write but I'd like to be able to create link between notes like a wiki. Only text, links (internal and external), markdown, fast search and maybe tags.
¿Do you know this kind of software?
