I have invested in the annual upgrades of iMindMap for about 8 years. With Novamind moving to a subscription that doesn't promise any major upgrades (subscriptions seem to lead to tweaks and bug fixes rather than upgrades), I didn't hesitate to upgrade. Its cost (about $100 to upgrade from Ulimate 9 to Ultimate 10) didn't seem unreasonable, and I like the presentation view for making screencasts.

Robustly priced, but it does look like a very nicely designed mind-mapping product with some really nice extra features (love the Timeline thingy).

It is nice. I bought the upgrade, too. iMindMap is pleasant to use -- I don't like, however, that task management is allocated to a separate app with it's own pricey subscription, Droptask. Droptask has a frustrating interface, and doesn't integrate well with Office apps. For a solid combination of mind mapping and task management, with very good Office integration I prefer MindJet over iMindMap.
