Yes, I can read and follow instructions. Setup.exe is blocked by Defender on Windows 10 (v1903).

This might be a topic for the IQ forums, but for what it’s worth, I had no problem installing on Windows 10 Pro v1909. (I don’t have a good understanding about Windows Defender, or about whether its behavior is affected by the fact that I have Avast installed.)
