Nah, it’s just very boring and translation-specific - a bitext alignment tool called AlignFactory Lite (developed by Terminotix in Canada). The best alignment tool bar none, but of no interest to anybody except translators (well, maybe some academics?).

Hi Outliners,
Fast forward 3 months of development, v114 is now online with improvements to the Calendar
(improved UI, Precision touchpad support, Google sync).
v114 also contains a brand new feature: ad hoc bidirectional links between items (i.e. “See also” links)
For links which do not fit the parent-child metaphor, this is a real game changer.
