I believe it is based upon the machine, but I’m not sure. If you can, I would do both machines within the give away time frame just to be certain.

Geez, Kenny, just download the dang thing:

It is the current verion (1.3).

From the Readme.txt in the download zip:

1) Run the software
2) In menu choose ‘Help->Get FREE Non-commercial License’
3) Fill in the Registration form (requires your full name and e-mail address)
4) Check up your email for the license code from HelpSmith.com

You have to install it before the Giveaway offer for the software is over.
