Bits du Jour has a significant discount on BigAtticHouse KnowledgeBase today.

I've never heard of the program before. It is targetted apparently to support desks but for such a job it looks too simplistic. Probably better for standardising answers to mail etc.
An interesting feature is a 'tag cloud' for presenting keywords based on their frequency of appearance.
