My acquisition of a Windows 10 machine to join my Apple selection has caused me to do something I have managed to avoid up till now: subscribe to Evernote (Plus, not Pro).
Actually, it's not bad. Really not bad at all. The new(ish) Evernote is much better than the very cluttered older versions I'm familiar with, especially on iOS and - dare I say - Windows 10.
Although the fact that I'm running two different version of Evernote on Windows 10 (the desktop, for when I'm using the keyboard, plus the mobile, for when I'm using it as a tablet) does make me laugh. If anything sums up the current Windows kludge, that's it. At least they both use the same notes database!
I hope Evernote continue to streamline their service like this. It makes much more sense than the kitchen-sink approach they were taking before.
Cheers,
Bill
