A "web-based relationship modeling environment for developing network and systems thinking diagrams". The intro videos show the ability to import data from Excel, support for custom name-value attribute pairs for notes (importable also from Excel), and customer "perspectives".
Looks like Kumu might be developing what TheBrain could have been.

Nice looking graphics. I wonder how much you have to massage your spreadsheet before it it can be imported as a map?
