The Soulmen, fabricators of the Ulysses apps for OS X and iPad, announced that Ulysses 2.1 will be distributed soon. Information on their blog at
http:ulyssesapp.com
New features will include folding (“collapsible groups”) (Bill, are you there?), replacing the RTF exporter with DOCX, and hoisting groups. (I think the latter is already in v2.)

Hi Paul! Yes, I’m (very) excited by the impending new release. But I can’t bear the tension! And I’m currently on holiday, so trying to ignore it until it actually turns up on my various devices…
Cheers,
Bill

Ulysses for ipad is on sale for $10 instead of $20. According to appshopper it hasn’t been less than $20 since it came out in March.

But will they ever update Daedelus Touch? Or is that pretty much abandoned now?

My guesses are: “No” and “Yes” (on the grounds that, if I remember correctly, DT was created as an iOS “companion app” for Ulysses II, not III).
