I love that quote. I pay attention to a number of forums, and am always amused at the unfathomable passion that some readers put into demanding features. My favorite is the “dealbreaker”—“if SuperWidget doesn’t do blah blah in the next release it’s a dealbreaker and I’ll never use it again”.
