Texts (http://texts.io has a small update to v0.23. Includes "basic support of bibliography in BibTeX format), hyperlink editing, and few other tweaks. Texts is available on Windows and OS X. Supports TeX. Requires Pandoc (the installer package is available from Texts.io.)

I think that Texts is a really nice product; the export options in Mac are great. There is a little annoyance that I have reported to the developer: we always have to type an space after the closing markup characters otherwise they are recognized as plain text.
