OutlineEdit 1.4 has been released with many new features and improvements.
What’s new:
- Drafts: save quick outlines with just one click, no need to select a name and folder
- Fast access: drafts and recent outlines, always accessible right from the menu bar
- Send to Evernote
- Send to my Amazon Kindle, perfectly sized for its 6" ePaper display
- Global shortcut to activate OutlineEdit and open fast access (alt-cmd-O)
- Independently adjustable text size for editor & exports
- A more refined editor
- Clickable links
- Marker can append new content to existing outlines
- Shortcut to check items and to display checkboxes (ctrl-C)
- Option to always open outlines completely folded
Learn more and try OutlineEdit for free: http://outlineedit.com
As always: let me know your opinion and ideas for the future.
Best regards
Robin
(And a special thanks to everyone here in the forum who tested 1.4 pre-release versions!)

Hear hear -- it's always (really) nice to see a steadily, sensibly developed app that doesn't allow itself to be pushed around by impatient users but gradually matures into a serious tool...
... yeah, yeah -- so when the heck are you going to deliver the iOS version, Robin!!!
(sorry, sorry!) ;-)

We will see when the right time is here.
Until then, focus stays on the Mac.
I think it is very important to realise that different platforms and usage modes require different concepts.
