Guys I am working on a research paper and developing a tool myself related to the concept of horizontal outlining. I see that there have not been that many attempts as I couldn't find a lot of them but I think these tools are out there and just not that popular. Could you please name a few? And what do you guys generally think about the idea of horizontal outlining?
