Problems with Asana?

Has anybody been having recent troubles with Asana? I went to create a new workspace over the weekend, and it was not acting as it should. There was no tag filtering column (left pane), and the search feature seems to have lost much of its suggested searches that were quite handy. Support sent back a less than useful message to my inquiry, and while I am waiting for another reply, I thought I would check in to see if anybody else is having issues.

Problem partially solved. Having not created a new workspace recently, I assumed that the tag hierarchy would have shown up automatically when a new workspace/tasks/tags were created. But, it appears that there is the ability to control the display of the tags, and it defaults to not showing them. I appreciate these types of controls, but sometimes there are too many of them and they are badly placed if you do not remember and use them.

I am assuming they “revised” the search feature, but as I just went back and forth with tech support on the tags over the past few days, I did not want to create the never-ending support ticket that would not close.

There are a lot of things that I really like about Asana, but there are some things that just do not make sense, or need to be “revised” before I would call it a truly superior task manager.
