Outliner (http://outline.ws/mac is iOS/OS X notetaking software that is compatible with OneNote (2010 and 2013) and syncs with OneDrive. I've been using it for a while on my iPad since it was (until recently) a better OneNote interface than Microsoft's OneNote app on iOS. I avoided the OS X version because the price was $39.99, which is hard to compare to $0 for OneNote. Outliner for OS X is currently (permanently?) on sale for $6.99 on the Mac App Store. The developer also has a free 14-day evaluation.
