“SCAM”
This is a SCAM. The Softonic download requires you to accept unwanted other software before you can download the “FREE” software. Then when you have completed the install from Softtonic, you must create an account at LeaderTask and download again = the 2nd download requires you to purchase the program. The initial “FREE” download never opens an application it requires you to purchase.

The “Buy” button for the standard offer $59.95 at http://www.leadertask.com/en/buy seems to WORK JUST FINE, but I didn’t dare make a purchase.

This was the case in a few attempts to get it to work during the evening of 2015-12-31 and after midnight in the wee small hours of Jan. 1st.

I was able to purchase the subscription discount of $29.95 for a year tonight via the link I listed on the original post.
I am running Avast (latest version, latest updates) but do not run MBAM. I do not get any sort of site or scan warnings from the download.
I also tried (after I signed up) the mobile client and synch seems to work quite well and I actually like the mobile client functionality on my iPhone 6.
I tend to be somewhat skeptical of software often being the “shiny new toy” impression, but after two months of free use and my newly purchased license for a year, I must say the discount price of $2.50 per month is actually quite amazing for what it provides…
Disclaimer; My loyalties are more toward you forum members than the makers of any software!
