Daly. I don’t know about you but one *major* difference between ADM & Zoot is that ADM does *not* search across files. Zoot does this with ease. And, of courxe, there is the intelligent assignment by synonyms—a legacy from Agenda days.
It doesn’t mean that ADM won’t evrentually have these things but for an info handler I think being able to search across files—is *kinda* important if, like me, you don’t dump everything into one file.
OTOH, ADM has some nifty features not found elsewhere & I use it every day.

Jan, the ability to search across files is a critical one.
For example, on both ADM and Zoot, I have a planning file and a project file, but references relevant to a particular project can be found in both files.
Similarly, depending on context, an individual’s name might show up in several files—if I want all references to an individual, therefore it is a time-saver to be able to search across files. MDE InfoHandler does have this attribute as well.

What puzzles me is why the folks at ADM don’t think so or, conversely, if they do, why they haven’t implemented it yet. Seems like a pretty basic request to make of a premier info handler. I guess it’s just another of those ADM imponderables…...
