Notelens and the rest of the zoomable interface software from Windsor Interfaces ( http://www.windsorinterfaces.com/ ) is now free. I imagine that it's been like that for quite a while, but I hadn't checked into their website for ages.

Notelens had been discussed sometime ago in outliners.com. Its main advantage is a lightning fast search tool (which unfortunately doesn;t work with Greek).

My personal favourite is Datelens, which is ideal for PDA screens.

I'm now going to install Photomesa, a zoomable image library.
