For Android users… There is a new update of Grapevine at Google Play. In my opinion, Grapevine is the best single-pane outliner for Android. Its inline notes and on-screen editing are better than Android Outliner’s. It promotes and demotes lines easily. The recent update now gives users the ability to export as text (via email) in any of several common outline formats. This makes it much more useful as a writing tool. The developers are incredibly responsive. In fact, one of the export formats they added at my request is the numbering sequence used in drafting legislation in California (part of my day job).
