I meant MSOutlook+Ultra Recall+doOrganizer+WinCatalog

Or are there plugin/addon for Microsoft Outlook for those purposes?

Hi.

There is no add-in to Outlook that integrates a free-form info collector such as Ultra Recall. But there is Microsoft OneNote that plays nicely with Outlook.

On the other side of the road, there are Organizers such as Infoselect and Zoot that incorporate info collection, e-mail and calendar - without the need to use Outlook.

Neither InfoSelect nor Zoot is a password manager such as 1Password, nor is either a mind mapping tool. OneNote isn't either.
