Rather attractive. On the other hand, you can do all these things using OneNote, and even share your OneNote notebooks (either directly or over the web)...
But it’s good to see interesting new approaches like this and Gingko.
Oh, and the new iCloud web apps (yes, Numbers is now accessible to all!)

I agree. A nice look, a low learning curve, and an interesting new approach. I use outliners mostly for project planning and writing. The planning part would probably work. The writing - not so much. But like others here, I like seeing new developments and one never knows when someone might capture just what I need.
