Well, we have just updated to Office 2010 at work. And while it is not officially supported by our IT department, OneNote 2010 has been installed on my PC, and it is OK to use (without IT support). I have been wanting to try out OneNote for years at work, and this is the version that I am able to use. It does not seem complicated, but I was hoping to get a better handle as to how folks are using this program in their work flow. Are there any articles, tutorials or reviews that you specifically recommend that tap into some creative uses? I can easily search the web, but I was wondering if folks here had favorite references that they could share.
Thanks,

you asked for it, and so you got it - albeit it's for the 2013 version, but nevertheless most of it can also be done in 2010:

Meet Devin. Dedicated to helping others, Devin is working on faster, better ways to deliver medical treatments to people around the world. The information that he works with is complex, dense and endless, but he uses OnetNote to keep track of it all—and when all the pieces fit together, the result can be magical. See how he uses OneNote to make it happen."
