From the video sent to existing customers it looks like SmartDraw may have improved their concept mapping capability. In the past I would have only used SD for creating pretty charts for illustration purposes, but now they seem to have further automated the flow-charting process.

Will need to try it out though, to see whether it's worth the USD99.00 upgrade price. (And it's a lot more for new customers.)
