Yes, I used the exact same .html files to open each knowledgebase both before and after uninstalling Surfulater. The ONLY difference was that the knowledgebases opened in Firefox BEFORE the uninstall but AFTER the uninstall, they would open but were empty, i.e., no information was displayed on any knowledgebase page in Firefox.
