Anyone tried Notesync? it is a little like Cinta notes, but it syncs automatically between Android and Google Docs. It has an incremental search, not tags.

Looks pretty nice. Free for desktop app and 99 cents for android app, the price is certainly right. Syncs with Google Docs, so not hard to move data to other programs.

Does look nice, but Ema Personal Wiki does it for free… Mind you, it’s not as CintaNotes-like.

Another nice option (for the same price) is Outliner Pro for Android coupled with TreePad (the freebie version will do); Outliner Pro supports .hjt files (even rich-text ones, if you’ve got the Business version of TreePad). It’s a very nice Android app.
Having said that, NoteSync has a rather charming interface…
