I am most impressed. Launching a picture with a “file://” hyperlink works flawlessly. Undo as well. I tried the unreleased development version,
http://tkoutline.sourceforge.net/tkoutline-devel.exe .
The link to the standard 0.93 Windows .exe is wrong, it should be
http://sourceforge.net/projects/tkoutline/files/tkoutline/0.93/tkoutline-0.93.exe .
2009 hmm… I wonder how long it takes to learn Tcl/Tk…

I was just looking at TKOutline again last night, realizing it’s one of the few Windows outliners that supports OPML.
It would be near perfect for my purposes if had hoisting. Too bad it seems development ceased a LONG time ago.
