Likewise. I’m wearing out my keyboard. I can’t get to first base with most organizer/outliner/PIMs, for the most basic reasons, such as having to use a pop-up dialogue box to name a file before creating the thing, gooney names like children and great-great-uncles-one-removed to describe the monkeys in the tree, etc.. I am spoiled by the simplicity of InfoSelect and AllMyNotesOrganizer, the latter being a clone (almost) of the former. Click folder, or clock document, name it now or later in the left pane. And that is just the most basic stuff. Amode is next. Oddly, the simple PageFour, a writer’s programme, is not bad for my simple needs, which is basically organizing eleven zillion documents and notes, no online-clud stuff required.
