@MadaboutDana: Thanks for posting about Foliaro. I hadn’t seen this before, so I downloaded it and tried it out.
It doesn’t meet my requirements, but it looks to have potential.
Too many idiosyncrasies and unintuitive/unfriendly features/functions makes it feel a bit constipated for my liking though.
Pity.
