Thanks, glad to hear that. I guess it took me a while to clarify my thoughts about it.

No, I used SmartDraw 2012. I wouldn't recommend it for brainstorming or for analysing problems (VUE is better for that), however it's good for creating charts for presentational purposes, once you know what you want to say.
