I have installed Evernote on my phone and making notes every now and then. So far no luck getting them into Rightnote. It seems like the perfect solution, and I want it to work sooooo badly.
Unfortunately Rightnote crashes when I try to save a file with an Evernote in it. A bug report has been sent, with additional information, about this to Rael. I have read all the available information on the evernote syncing but to no luck so far :(
Have you actually succeeded syncing with Evernote? I am able to get the Evernote’s notebook names in file -> properties. And I have only given my password in the web screen to give permission to evernote, not the Rightnote security password in the program itself. I can create an evernote type note. If I do that and choose to sync evernote, I get “no evernote type notes found”. If Rightnote tries to save the file (which it does automatically), it hangs and I get a bug report. (I think it can only sync, once the file has been saved. before that it doesn’t see the evernote notes). It is my preferred solution, if it works.

I expect that Rael will reply quickly unless he’s on holidays.
Yes, sync works for me now. I also received an error when saving Evernote type notes; something about the number of fields. It turns out that this was related to the PC operating system locale. Are you on a locale that uses “,” (comma) as the decimal point?
In that case, this is the same issue I faced. To resolve it, just download and install the latest version of Rightnote (2.5.2) from http://www.bauerapps.com/downloads.html

I get “18 values for 17 columns” as an error. Reading yourmessage it conclude this can be caused by the decimal separator. In Dutch a comma is the decimal separator.
And haha, the new version has just been released! Going to install it now and see if I can go syncing with evernote :)

O dear, installed the new version (2.5.2.0) and still get the same error and behaviour. Will send a new bug report and we’ll see what happens.

Ah got it working now :) Just get an error after syncing (bug report sent :)), but I can sync. Very nice! Going to buy the pro version, and I think the program will meet my needs.
I understand Evernote syncing is kind of a beta function and I hope getting new notes from evernote to rightnote will be possible to in the future. But I am very glad already that I can sync notes that I created in Righnote. I am indeed doing what you suggested: edit the existing note on my phone so I can sync it in rightnote.
