Support: YES! Example: “NY Times” pages suddenly wouldn’t save. Apparently NYT had made some change in its page format. I notified wjjsoft and within a week it had a fix for me. It just had another update. Loved.

I, too, have had problems with RightNote Web page saving. Sometimes works, often doesn’t. I don’t think any PIM (even myBase, which does very, very well) can handle the plethora of different formats (e.g., frames) that some complex pages employ.

It’s one thing not to be able to handle frames and complex pages, but RightNote couldn’t copy 3 lines of highlighted text from the BBC website, which is really not much of a challenge… I tested the same with Surfulater and it had no problem with it whatsoever.

Must say that one thing Evernote has nailed down pretty well is its web-capture capabilities. I am impressed, and think when it comes to web capture EN has set the standard.
