I was interested, but what turned me off:
- .net - I avoid programs using .net libraries where I can. No big deal, but I prefer not to use them.
- website hosted on a free hosting on a completely strange URL - I know you are along for quite some time,but this doesn't build trust with random visitors when it comes to purchasing
- Code Library sometimes presupposes it's for programmers. That's why I was interested. But it doesn't seem to have syntax hilighter for the language I use. Nevermind. But if you will call it Code Library, that makes it a bit harder to persuade people to seriously consider it for non-programming needs.
- Many pictures in manual are great. But if you don't have English texts, it's very hard to target English speaking market. I for one will not use Chinese to English web translator with a commercial product. With a free product, it's OK, but if you pay, you expect English documentation.

In fairness, the transltor did fine for the "what's new" document.
Actually, this may be worth keeping an eye on. It looks like it might have some Ecco influence in its development. It lacks the free form outlining notebooks but it has the look. It may be that its simply far too immature at this point and there simply isn't anything unique (yet).
