Steady up, Ian: everybody can have problems, and in my experience Yaroslav is usually quick to respond to e-mails and queries of any kind. I note the web-page contact form isn’t working, and I’ve just sent him an e-mail myself (to the advertised e-mail address, which I’ve also used for some time to conduct private correspondence with him). But making heavy accusations isn’t very kind, especially when a one-man band is involved.
Cheers,
Bill

Yes, I’ve had a bounce-back message, and notice that the reason is a “550 mailbox quota exceeded” issue. That’s probably what’s affecting the web form as well. I know Yaroslav hangs out on this forum sometimes, so I’m hoping he’ll spot the issue and take appropriate action.
Cheers,
Bill

I’m a big fan of TreeProjects. It has some unique implementation like the snap-to window pane and it is being updated constantly.
I am using it to build a large freeform music database.
I’m not worried when/if development ceases as you can build a portable version of the application from the desktop version, anytime you need to.
A happy customer thanks!

I sent an e-mail yesterday requesting an extension for the trial version, and I got the bounce back notice too. I hope this can be resolved, because I’m eager to give TreeProject another try.
