I've just posted a rather extensive review of PageFour, with a number of screenshots illustrating the software in use by a working free-lance writer. It's at my blog:

Two quick points:
- While the software has obviously been designed with the creative writer in mind, I'm sure it is also being used in a business context for original notes and drafts. (I'm one of them) MS OneNote would be an obvious competitor. Page Four is designed well enough to be put to various uses in addition to its primary purpose.
- Given our interests here, its outlining capacities could certainly be enhanced without getting into "featureitis".
