For reference, this was briefly discussed in the past here http://www.outlinersoftware.com/topics/viewt/3396/ again on the occasion of a Bits du Jour promotion.
I should note that I find the normal price tag quite heavy for this kind of application, especially since a license covers only one PC (packs of 3 are offered at a discount) whereas I assume that most users would want their task list available on several machines.
