Rather unusually, Bits du Jour features a complete giveaway today: myVault is useful for people who would like to keep some of their information, whether notes or files, out of prying eyes http://www.bitsdujour.com/software/myvault

I hesitated before suggesting this, as it took me a while to get it to work (more info about the issues I faced are in the BdJ discussion). That said, the developer responded promptly, which is always a good sign.
