A quick search for this desktop notes manager brought nothing in the forum, so here it is in its own thread.
Noterush http://www.noterush.com/ is a rather impressive take on desktop notes; notes can be organised and related to each other, in a scheme that could be described as a gradually unraveling affinity map. I suggest that you watch the video as my description may not be so effective.
It is to be featured in Bits du Jour within the next few days http://www.bitsdujour.com/software/noterush/

Hello Alexander
Thanks for your post - I downloaded and installed NoteRush yesterday and found the concept interesting but felt the program had some rough edges. It is being featured, as you mentioned, on Bits du Jour today which gives little time for a proper appraisal. Does anyone else have experience of this program?

Hi, I suggest you address any queries to the developer via Bits du Jour; he seems very responsive, which is already a good sign (I must say that I am negatively surprised by the number of developers who promote their software via BdJ and don’t answer questions on its forum).

Thanks for your contributions on BdJ, Alex.
NoteRush does look interesting but is too raw for me at this stage (portability, printing, export etc).
You are quite right about smart developers using the BdJ forums to demonstrate their service skills as well as obtaining some free user feedback.
There was a classic a couple of years back when the product developer starting abusing people who dared question the application’s feature set. As I said at the time, an opportunity missed. I bet the product (or the author) has sunk without trace.

With no updates for some time, I contacted the support for the program, who confirmed, as I suspected, that it is no longer being actively developed. Apparently, the developer is too busy with other things and the customer base (including me) is to small to bother with.
