A warm thanks for the info on ListPro; I took a short look at it and registered it, not quite sure what I was going to do with it (I think it’s called CRIMP) but at least at the price I couldn’t go too wrong.

Anyhow ListPro has now replaced a much more expensive program, MyLifeOrganized, which was obviously not made for what I required. I love it!

I find that the most useful tools are ListPro’s filtered views coupled with flags and categories. I can build my project/task outlines to virtually whatever depth I require and at a click of the mouse I can have an overview of pending / urgent tasks. Brilliant! Worth buying a PDA just to carry it along (OK, I’m not _that_ CRIMPed).
