Jim, thanks, very interesting find.
It reminds me quite a lot of CRPA (formerly PMM), but with a more contemporary interface and without the alternative views of the same notes (unless I missed it).
Along with PiggyDB, Tobu (http://tobu.lightbird.net/ and Frieve Editor (http://www.frieve.com/feditor/index.html English website placeholder at http://www.frieve.com/english/feditor/index.html the list of interesting Japanese information managers mentioned in this forum keeps growing.
