Daly,
On the GOTD website, if you scroll down, you’ll see a whole lot of posts referring to DirectAccess. Andrea seems to be responding almost on real-time to issues. If the answer is not already there, I’m sure he’ll be happy to cover it.
That said, my own experience with GOTD is good, though I’ve only installed a couple of programs. As Graham said, you need to run the Activate program _before_ installing. If you haven’t done that, you’ll probably have to uninstall the trial version, run Activate and then install it again (unless the procedure is different with this particular program).

Daly,
this is the description from the readmet.txt file coming with the download from Giveawayoftheday:
“Installation
Unzip the package you`ve downloaded and install the software by running Setup.exe, then register your copy of Direct Access at
http://services.nagarsoft.com/god/register.aspx
Remember that you have to install and register it before the Giveaway offer for the software is over.”

Thanks to all for your posts.
I thought I had followed the instructions.
In any event, I got a url from Direct Access, and have just now followed the instructions that came with it.
The response from Direct Access was very, very fast!
So thanks to you, and thanks to Direct Access.
Now I’m impressed!
