Just got news that Milenix will be making a beta version of MyInfo 4 available for testing by current v3.x users some time next week: http://www.milenix.com/blog/myinfo-4-preview/
Just a few hours earlier, I got an email announcing availability of MyInfo 3.6, a service release with a handful of bug fixes.
This is a good example of what I like about Milenix: their strong customer service ethic. With version 4 getting close to release, it’s noteworthy that they are still looking out for users of the current, and soon to be outdated, version. After reading complaints in this forum about a number of other software firms I get the feeling many companies would not have bothered; rather saying, “Make sure you buy the upgrade- we’ll fix all those little problems in the next version!”
Now, my burning questions will be, “Does version 4 do a better job saving web pages? And the sluggish indexing process… any faster?” Sure hope so.
