On the basis that no single-pane outliner should go without a mention in this forum, I haven’t seen this program discussed here before. I’ve only just come across it, so I’ve yet to try it myself.

I installed it, gave it a spin. I like it, but it’s very very basic.

It is interesting but Noteliner is available for free and has more features:

Noteliner is great, and the developer is friendly and responsive.
But, its worth mentioning, Sain Outliner’s license is available for whatever you want to pay. The lowest increment available is 50 cents.
