A new version is out: http://uvoutliner.com/
Business model has changed too -- basic version is free, new "Pro" version will appear soon apparently, free to those of us who bought v1.

Good news - I like this little program, although I don't use it very often!

This is good news, as long as it means that UV outliner is more stable.
I used to use it enough that I registered it. Then it botched a long outline that I had done. A couple of other times it acted funky, and I was afraid I was going to lose work.
I really like this program, but have been hesitant to use it for the reasons above.
I am excited to try again with version 2.0.

Hello all,
A new version of UV Outliner v. 2.4.1 is out @ http://uvoutliner.com/
Coloured rows come with this version, and it is still free (hope it stays that way :) )
There have been discussions on UV outliner earlier in this forum, some of which Fedir, the developer, has also participated as well:
